Black Friday is in  the United States the day after Thanksgiving Day. As the Thanksgiving Day is the fourth Thursday in November, the next day is always on a Friday. Traditionally, Black Friday starts the holiday shopping season.
It is a day, as not holiday, especially important in the commercial aspect, as it is a valid indicator for purchases and consumption. Traders offer in this occasion deals to boost sales . With black friday start christmas promotions . 

Remembrance Day

The eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month marks the signing of the Armistice, on 11th November 1918, to signal the end of World War One. Remembrance is held on the second Sunday in November, which is usually the Sunday nearest to 11 November.A national ceremony takes  place at the Cenotaph in Whitehall, London.The Queen lays the first wreath at the Cenotaph.Wreaths are layed beside war memorials by companies, clubs and societies. People also leave small wooden crosses by the memorials in remembrance of a family member who died in war. The "Last Post" is traditionally played to introduce the two minute silence in Remembrance Day ceremonies.Remembrance Day is also known as Poppy Day, because it is traditional to wear an artificial poppy . 

 

My Daily Routine

Every day I get up at 7.00 o'clock and then I have  breakfast . I wash my teeth and get dressed . At about 8.00, I go to school by car ; the lessons start at 8.15 . Lessons finish at 13.15 and then I go  home . I have lunch , and then, I help my mother to clean and after I do my homework . In the afternoon, I surf the Net , I love watching TV, playing video games , listening to music , I have a snack or meet my friends . In the evening , I have a shower . I go to bed at about 10.30 pm.

The UK is an union of  four countries : England , Scotland , Wales and Northen Ireland .  London is the capital of England , infact the government resides in London . The UK is a costitutional monarchy, which means the parliament governs the country not the monarch . The parliament in the UK is divided into two houses : the House of Lords and the House of Commons . The Monarch of the UK is Queen Elizabeth ll . The original family name was different . The first Windsor was George V . The second Windsor was King Edward Vlll . Edward's brother become the new King of England when Edward abdicated. George VI was Elizabeth's father . Edimburgh is the capital of Scotland . Prince Charles is Prince of Wales . The first son who one day will be King. Prince Charles married Lady Diana in 1981 .  They have two children : Prince William and Prince Harry . Two years ago Prince William married Kate Middleton and they have one child , George Alexander Louis .

Christopher Columbus on October 12th , 1492 , arrived in a new land . This day is called "Columbus Day" . He discovered  a new continent " The Americas". Christopher Columbus never realised he had reached a whole new world . In fact Amerigo Vespucci was the first to understand it , so America took its name from him . Every year people celebrate this event . This day is  a national event and people organize parades,and wear costumes .Many military corps partecipate  in the parade and fireworks are lit at the end.
