Animal rights ☮

The expression "Animal Rights" refers to the extension of human rights to animal species . It has a moral and legal value . One of the first who made debates of "Animal Rights" was Peter Singer. He said that animals haven't related rights , because these rights are given with general and not individually; and they even haven't absolute rights because these rights are for human but not for animals ; in fact , if an animal kills another animal this isn't a crime . For this reason it would be " Duties of human towards animals" . A Universal declaration of animal right was approved by UNESCO in 1978 . Even some associations try to defend the animals as "People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals" (PETA) , or "Association for the defence of animal rights" in Italy . Also have been proclaimed some articles as:
-Every animal has the right to respect and freedom.
-The human can't kill or mistreat an animal.
-The capture techniques need to be changed.
-Every animal has the right to protection and care.

Today many people become vegan or vegetarian to respect and don't kill animals , and this is a step toward civilization !
